All West-Com facilities receive free technical training courses for the life of the system. The training is held in Fairfield, California. The following courses may be offered:

  • One-week technical solutions and installation course
  • One-week application solutions and integrations course
  • Three-day system design and layout course
  • Two-day power user course
  • Three-day maintenance course

Local facility training is also performed and covers all shifts and departments that utilize the nurse call solution.
